Drop-off
time is from 7:00 - 8:00 a.m.

No food or water after midnight for dogs and
cats. For rabbits, they should eat as they normally would.

Please make sure you bring your pet's
current health and vaccination records with you the day of surgery.

You must provide valid proof of a current
rabies vaccination. If you cannot provide it or your pet does not have a
current rabies vaccination, we will give it the day of surgery. The cost
is $10 for dogs and $10/$23 for cats (ask for more information about
feline rabies vaccines).

All dogs over the age of 6 months need a
heartworm test or proof of receiving heartworm preventative prior to
anesthesia.

Allow 15-30 minutes for patient check in.

All cats MUST be in a carrier. If you
are bringing in multiple cats, please have a separate carrier for each
cat for discharge. If you only have one carrier, we will provide you with
a cardboard carrier for $7.

If you are bringing in a feral cat in a
trap, please bring a carrier or hospital basket and a blanket or sheet
to cover it for discharge.

Dogs MUST be on a leash! If you do
not have a leash, we will provide you with one for $5.

We do not spay dogs in heat. If your dog is
in heat, please call the clinic to re-schedule the surgery.

If you are printing the paperwork from our
website, please fill it out to the best of you ability. Make sure you
print the coupons as well!

Fleas and ticks- these freeloading passengers will be
attacked immediately upon discovery with Advantage or Frontline and the fee will
be added to your pet’s bill.
